Hardened Valve Seats

Hi, I have a 1966 122S. I have 105,000 miles and think its time for a valve job. What is entailed in this, and should I use hardened valve seats?

Phil says: Yes, by all means have hardened seats installed when doing a valve job -- it will remove the old surfaces that were hardened by the leaded gas. See the Fuel Types article and the engine rebuilding articles for details.
